Zebras Caretaker coach Mogomotsi Mpote says this will be a big blow for him not to have the defencive pair but highlited that it is an opportunity for younger players to stake a claim in the team as they will be considered for the game.

Mathumo, on the other hand, was devasted that he will not lead the team in the final game of the campaign but said the positive was that the selected players will use the game to prepare for the upcoming Chan games. Mpote is set to announce his squad to face Angola on the Wednesday 13th March 2019 with the Zebras reporting for camp on Sunday 17th March 2019 to start preparing for the game.
