As COSAFA’s activities are growing, so too is its need for additional human resources to ensure the smooth running of the Regional Organisation.

The decision taken by the Executive Committee of COSAFA on Saturday 13th August 2016 was to recruit an Assistant to the General Secretary of COSAFA and in order to ensure transparency with all of its Members, COSAFA now invites your Federation to put forward a suitable candidate, should you wish to do so. The Job Description of the candidate will include Administration, Finance and Competitions and the criteria which we seek includes:

• Administrative skills, proficient in English and preferably with a 2nd language being French or Portuguese;
• Strong Financial qualifications or experience;
• An in-depth knowledge of Football
