BFA Judicial Bodies will Saturday 20th February 2021 induct judicial bodies. The Members of the BFA Judicial Bodies are elected by the BFA General Assembly in terms of Article 23.4. The current members were elected at the BFA annual General Assembly on the 10th October 2020.
The Judicial Bodies of the BFA are:
- The Disciplinary Committee
- Ethics Committee
- Arbitration Tribunal and;
- Appeals Committee
Each judicial committee consists of 7 members who have the knowledge, abilities and specialist experience that is necessary for the due completion of their tasks. The responsibilities and functions of the judicial bodies are stipulated in the BFA Disciplinary Code, the Code of Ethics and the Arbitration Tribunal Regulations. The tenure of the committee members is four years.
