Changes in the National Executive Committee

The Botswana Football Association wishes to inform its members, stakeholders and partners that the National Executive Committee at its meeting held on the 8th October 2019, resolved to provisionally remove the First Vice President Mr Segolame Ramotlhwa from the National Executive Committee.

The National Executive Committee further resolved that the Second Vice President, Mr Marshlow Motlogelwa be appointed as the Acting First Vice President. Mr Masego Ntshingane, an NEC member responsible for Technical and Youth Development was appointed the Acting Second Vice President.

All this was done in terms of Article 40 of the Botswana Football Association Constitution. The removal is provisional pending ratification by the General Assembly.

BFA to Assemble Assessment Camp

The head coach of the senior national team β€œThe Zebras”, Didier Gomez Da Rosa, is set to assemble an assessment camp for the U22 national team from April 29 to May 1, 2024, which will take place at Lekidi Football Centre.
 
The purpose of the team is to identify potential players who will build a graduate Senior Men’s National Team besides the Olympic Under-23 Team.
