FIFA/MA Referees Assessors Course ongoing

The Botswana Football Association Referees Department is this week hard at work running a FIFA/MA Referees Assessors Course. The course will run 8th-11th October 2019.

The Course is set to improve the assessment standard of our referees, aswell to promote uniformity in interpretation and application of the laws of the game.

The Course is facilitated by Carlos Hendriques FIFAassisted by local instructions: Gaontebale Malete, Edwin Senai and Julia Lekgowe.

BFA to Assemble Assessment Camp

The head coach of the senior national team “The Zebras”, Didier Gomez Da Rosa, is set to assemble an assessment camp for the U22 national team from April 29 to May 1, 2024, which will take place at Lekidi Football Centre.

The purpose of the team is to identify potential players who will build a graduate Senior Men’s National Team besides the Olympic Under-23 Team.
