Botswana football association has learnt with great regret and sadness the Passing on of Gofaone Thapelo Tiro who lives us having served township rollers as for the past 4years .

“The president”, “sbida”, “GTI” as known by his adoring fans and the football family passed on the 28/04/2017 at the age of 26 years . The association wishes to extend its deepest condolences to the family and friends of the Gulubani born winger .

The loss of “the president ” is not only to his family and football alone but a loss to the nation . Football will forever remember Sbida, May his soul Rest in Peace.
