Zebras earn a point away

The Zebras opened their 2021 African Cup of Nations qualifiers with a goalless draw against Zimbabwe at the National Sports Stadium in Harare on Friday.

The Zebras now focus their attention to the African champions Algeria, who will be visitors on Monday on match day 2 of the qualifiers. Coach Adel Amrouche charges will have their work cut for them as the champions are filled with confidence after they won their opening game 5-0 against Chipolopolo of Zambia.

Botswana against Algeria will be played at the National Stadium on Monday 18th November 2019 with kickoff set for 2100hrs.


BFA wishes Phazha a speedy recovery

The Botswana Football Association wishes National Under 20 Midfielder Phazha Chose a speedy recovery after being involved in a car accident in the early hours of Saturday (28/03/28) morning.

Chose was discharged from hospital on Sunday(29/03/2020) afternoon with minor injuries after a full medical check, he will continue to recover from home
