National Dispute Resolution Chambers workshop

The Botswana Football Association will today hold a National Dispute Resolution Chambers workshop at Lekidi. The workshop will be held for the 16 Premiership teams. The National Dispute Resolution or NDRC, in short, was established in January 2018.

The NDRC is a body that adjudicates on contractual disputes between the clubs and players. It is also competent to hear the solidarity mechanism and training compensation.

FIFA, in realising our efforts, organised a legal seminar to formally kickstart the NDRC.

The objective of the seminar is to bring all national stakeholder being the Footballers Union, Premier league and the Association together to launch the NDRC. The stakeholder will also get an opportunity to understand the NDRC better.

FIFA will send two reps, from professional football and player status to facilitate the seminar
