Tshephe and Tsogang to Take Charge at the African Games Ghana 2023

Two top international female referees from Botswana, Seonyatseng Joyce Tshephe AND Leungo Tsogang, will be among the panel of referees who will officiate at the upcoming African Games 2024 to be held in Ghana from March 8-23, 2024.

Seonyatseng Joyce Tshephe will officiate as the main referee while Leungo Tsogang will play her role as the assistant referee.

The Botswana U-20 men’s national football team, currently in training camp at the Lekidi Football Centre, welcomed a crucial visit from anti-doping officials this afternoon. The session, organized by the World Anti-Doping Agency (WADA), aimed to educate the young athletes about anti-doping regulations and ensure fair play in sports.

As the team gears up for the TotalEnergies Africa Cup of Nations – COSAFA Qualifiers 2024, the workshop served as an essential part of their preparation. Botswana will face Eswatini, Mozambique, and Zimbabwe in Group A of the tournament.
