About BFA
The Botswana Football Association (BFA) was founded in 1966 (then it was known as the Botswana National Football Association (BNFA)) and the only affiliate of BNSC when it was registered in 1973. It first affiliated to Federation Internationale de Football Association (FIFA) in 1978. In addition to being a BNSC affiliate, BFA is also an affiliate of Confederation of African Football (CAF) and Council of Southern African Football Associations (COSAFA).

To provide an effective football delivery system.
