Young Zebras win 2-0 in a friendly

Young Zebras played to a 2-0 win against the University of Johannesburg varsity league team. Goals from Baokeditse Talane and Bame Morwalela insure Tsatsilebe’s charges gear up confidence going into their last friendly game ahead of the Mupane Mine COSAFA Under 20 Championships with a positive mindset. The Championships will run from December 2nd to 15th this year.

The technical team also took yesterday to announce that the team will be Captained by Benson Kitso Mangolo and assisted by former captain Resaobaka Thatanyane.

Botswana’s Young Zebras are in group C where we will first play Zimbabwe on the 3rd December 2018, below is our tournament schedule and group.

BFA to Assemble Assessment Camp

The head coach of the senior national team “The Zebras”, Didier Gomez Da Rosa, is set to assemble an assessment camp for the U22 national team from April 29 to May 1, 2024, which will take place at Lekidi Football Centre.

The purpose of the team is to identify potential players who will build a graduate Senior Men’s National Team besides the Olympic Under-23 Team.
