BFA kickoff robust Youth Development League

In its quest to transform Botswana football into a globally competitive knowledge through effective development programme, BFA kicked off a robust youth development league. When speaking in Gantsi, the BFA Vice President Pelotshweu Motlogelwa said the program will help develop a pull of players.

“This program is a lease of life for the future of our national team and national pride, the  Zebras,” continued Motlogelwa.

Local kgosi has edged parents to take part in this program launched to help develop football as an industry .He said it is important for children to be assisted to help them fulfil their football dreams or careers.

BFA to Assemble Assessment Camp

The head coach of the senior national team “The Zebras”, Didier Gomez Da Rosa, is set to assemble an assessment camp for the U22 national team from April 29 to May 1, 2024, which will take place at Lekidi Football Centre.
 
The purpose of the team is to identify potential players who will build a graduate Senior Men’s National Team besides the Olympic Under-23 Team.
