Tumo Mpatane joins BFA

The BFA has appointed Mr Tumo Mpatane to the position of Public Relations Officer. Mr Mpatane is a seasoned media practitioner and brings with him a wealth of experience in Sports News reporting and anchoring with emphasis of football. He is currently a Sports Anchor with Gabz FM radio station.

Mr Mpatane is a passionate media practitioner with a professional background in business & information systems, he will take up the role of BFA Spokesperson effective today, for an initial period of 6 months.

This position is in line with the new BFA outlook based on the recently adopted restructuring of the Secretariat. The position entails amongst other bridging the gap between BFA and its various stakeholders.

BFA to Assemble Assessment Camp

The head coach of the senior national team “The Zebras”, Didier Gomez Da Rosa, is set to assemble an assessment camp for the U22 national team from April 29 to May 1, 2024, which will take place at Lekidi Football Centre.
 
The purpose of the team is to identify potential players who will build a graduate Senior Men’s National Team besides the Olympic Under-23 Team.
