Young Zebras off to Congo

The young Zebras will depart on Thursday 17th May 2018 for the second leg of the AFCON U20 against Congo. The team will arrive at the Ethiopian capital, Addis Ababa, at 2100hrs, spend the night and depart for Brazzaville Congo at 0800hrs on Friday 18th May. They will arrive same day at 1000hrs.

The second leg of the AFCON Under 20 qualifier second round will be played on Sunday 20th May 2018 in Brazzaville. The winner of this tie on aggregate will advance to the next round. Should the two teams be equal or draw the on aggregate the away goal rule will apply. The Young Zebras is expected back home on Wednesday 23rd May 2018.

BFA to Assemble Assessment Camp

The head coach of the senior national team “The Zebras”, Didier Gomez Da Rosa, is set to assemble an assessment camp for the U22 national team from April 29 to May 1, 2024, which will take place at Lekidi Football Centre.
 
The purpose of the team is to identify potential players who will build a graduate Senior Men’s National Team besides the Olympic Under-23 Team.
