BOTETI REGIONAL ASSOCIATION HELD THE MEN’S LEAGUE AWARDS

Boteti Regional Football Association held the Men’s League Awards Ceremony. Giving his keynote address, Mr Tengu Mbuse revealed that even though their league started late he is proud to make it public that everything went well as they worked hand in hand with team managements.

In his address, Mr Mfolo Mfolo also the Chief Executive Officer of Botswana Football Association (BFA) pleaded with the Chairman of the Committee to send more coaches for the BFA C and B license courses so as they increase the number of licensed coaches in their region. Mr Mfolo emphasized the importance of regional associations as they are the ones who uproot raw talent. He further urged regions to do things accordingly by the book, he also challenged them to always comply with regulations of FIFA connect as this may also help attract more sponsors.

In closing remarks, Mr Mfolo motivated the players of Zowa United who will be going for playoffs in Kasane to always dream and dream big.

BFA to Assemble Assessment Camp

The head coach of the senior national team β€œThe Zebras”, Didier Gomez Da Rosa, is set to assemble an assessment camp for the U22 national team from April 29 to May 1, 2024, which will take place at Lekidi Football Centre.
 
The purpose of the team is to identify potential players who will build a graduate Senior Men’s National Team besides the Olympic Under-23 Team.
