Slovakia Football Federation to Visit Botswana

Botswana Football Association is set to welcome a high-level Slovakia delegation on the 9th to 13th April. The Slovakia Football Federation last year donated the mini dress room to the Botswana Football Association through the Eufa assist program and the two Federations have promised to work together more going forward.

The purpose of the Slovak visit will be for the two organizations to have a skills exchange and interact on football operations done by the two countries. The delegation which will include the President of the Football Association of Slovak will have an opportunity to explore the challenges Botswana faces and interact with the BFA staff to share on the progress of the game.

Botswana Football Association secretary General Mfolo Mfolo says this is an exciting time for the Football Association with such visits the Football Association can benefit a lot in Empowerment of the secretariat and maintaining good relationships with other Federations

BFA to Assemble Assessment Camp

The head coach of the senior national team “The Zebras”, Didier Gomez Da Rosa, is set to assemble an assessment camp for the U22 national team from April 29 to May 1, 2024, which will take place at Lekidi Football Centre.
 
The purpose of the team is to identify potential players who will build a graduate Senior Men’s National Team besides the Olympic Under-23 Team.
