FIFA set for a full strategy workshop

After making an assessment and situational analysis of the state of women’s football and its needs, FIFA is set to send a second delegation to Botswana from the 15 to 17. The delegation will run a full strategy workshop where they will gather with delegates from regions and structures working with woman football to develop a strategy.

Botswana will become the first country that the world body has assisted after she developed her own strategy for women’s football the world over.

Botswana Football Association President Maclean Letshwiti has highlighted that women’s football continues to be a key projected that with the aid of organisation’s like FIFA there is a great room to grow the Botswana case.

BFA to Assemble Assessment Camp

The head coach of the senior national team “The Zebras”, Didier Gomez Da Rosa, is set to assemble an assessment camp for the U22 national team from April 29 to May 1, 2024, which will take place at Lekidi Football Centre.
 
The purpose of the team is to identify potential players who will build a graduate Senior Men’s National Team besides the Olympic Under-23 Team.
