Intermediary Registration

The Botswana football association wishes to invite interested members of public to apply to practice as intermediaries for players, coaches and clubs.

The New Regulations on Working with Intermediaries replaced the FIFA Players’ Agents Regulations, following the approval of several necessary amendments to the FIFA Statutes and the Regulations Governing the Application of the FIFA Statutes by the 64th FIFA Congress. The new regulations, introduce a new approach based on the concept of intermediaries, were previously approved by the FIFA Executive Committee at its meeting on 21 March 2014 and came into force on 1 April 2015.

The Botswana Football Association is in the verge of implementing its regulations on working with intermediaries as directed and adopted by FIFA.

We argue all interested in becoming intermediaries to complete the attached form and hand deliver the document at the Botswana football Association head office at Lekidi or email to competitions@bfa.co.bw

Submission is open 3rd February 2017 and closing 10 February 2017
