Botswana Football Association is in shock following the sudden passing of 400m runner Omphemetse Mokgadi who collapsed while training at UB Stadium on the 12th November 2018.

Botswana Football Association wishes to extend its deepest condolences to the Family of Omphemetse Mokgadi and Botswana Athletics Association.

Our thoughts and prayers are with you on the loss of this young athlete gone too soon.

The head coach of the senior national team “The Zebras”, Didier Gomez Da Rosa, is set to assemble an assessment camp for the U22 national team from April 29 to May 1, 2024, which will take place at Lekidi Football Centre.
