We have to be sharks

Captain of the Diamond Zebras, Thato Kebue believes there is still hope of collecting three points in the ongoing CASAFA Men’s Under-20 tournaments in South Africa.

“We played two games where we did not convert the chances we got and football is a cruel game if you do not convert you chances . The boys will learn to be sharks in front of goal we need to be strong , we will still give a fight against the host in the last game,” said the Captain.

Thato explained that their concern has been lack of game time both in the local teams and international scene. He said most of his teammates are new to international football. Beside all these, optimistic Thato assured Batswana that they will give their hearts out and will continue to do that for the country

BFA to Assemble Assessment Camp

The head coach of the senior national team “The Zebras”, Didier Gomez Da Rosa, is set to assemble an assessment camp for the U22 national team from April 29 to May 1, 2024, which will take place at Lekidi Football Centre.
 
The purpose of the team is to identify potential players who will build a graduate Senior Men’s National Team besides the Olympic Under-23 Team.
