Gaobinelwe to Attend CAF New Women Instructors Course In Morocco

Jacqualine Lerato Gaobinelwe, the assistant coach of the Botswana U17 women’s national team, is attending the CAF New Women Instructors Course in Morocco, which brings together coaches from across the African continent.
 
The 8-day course begins on October 18 in Rabat, Morocco, and will run until the 25th of October 2023.
 
The objective of this course is to build the capacity of women instructors to deliver courses and support the women’s football development in their respective Member Association. This course will also increase the number of trained female instructors across the continent.

22 Coaches Benefit From CAF C–Diploma Coaching Course

GABORONE: The Botswana Football Association through its Technical Department held the graduation ceremony of a Women Specific CAF C–DIPLOMA COACHING COURSE at the Lekidi Football Centre today (Thursday), November 2, 2023.

In attendance was the Vice Chairperson of the National Women’s Football Committee, Mr. Sello S. Modise, and the additional Member of the Women’s Football Committee, Ms. Peo Keatlholetswe, and the BFA Women’s Football Manager, Tsholofelo Setlhoko.

According to the course coordinator, the BFA women’s football development and grassroots instructor Ms. Barobi Nwako, brought to light, the first phase took place from September 18 to 25 this year, while the second phase began on October 23 and ended today, November 2, 2023.

The course was led by instructors Sikalame “Six” Keatlholetswe and Odirile Matlhaku.
