The BFA President-Maclean Letshwiti is in Zurich Switzerland accompanying the Honorable Minister of Youth Empowerment, Sport and Culture Development Mr Tumiso Rakgare and the Permanent Secretary Kago Ramokate on a working visit. The visit is to engage and appreciate the strategic partnership between governments, BFA and international federations.

During these meetings, the Botswana delegation promoted Botswana as a preferred destination for hosting international sports events and meetings.

The minister has advocated for sports development assistance for Botswana. During the visit, the delegation also donated the National Team’s jersey to the FIFA museum.
