Young Zebras in Camp

National Under 17 boys team or Young Zebras as mostly known, went into camp on the 7th July 2017 under the mentorship of coach Itumeleng Duicker. Coach Duicker is  assisted by Tebogo Mokute and Kagiso Tshelametsi as the goalkeeper coach.

The team will compete at the 2017 COSAFA Under 17 championships in Mauritius, which will begin 22nd July till 04th August 2017. Botswana is in Group B, and here are the fixtures;

22 July 2017 Botswana vs Malawi Stade St Francois Xavier

24 July 2017 12:30 Mauritius vs. Botswana Stade St Francois

26 July 2017 15:00 Zimbabwe vs. Botswana MFA Technical Centre.

The young zebras depart for Mauritius on Thursday 20th July 2017 and will be expected home on the 6th August 2017.

BFA to Assemble Assessment Camp

The head coach of the senior national team “The Zebras”, Didier Gomez Da Rosa, is set to assemble an assessment camp for the U22 national team from April 29 to May 1, 2024, which will take place at Lekidi Football Centre.
 
The purpose of the team is to identify potential players who will build a graduate Senior Men’s National Team besides the Olympic Under-23 Team.
