Results are not good – Radipotsane

Yesterday Botswana lost to South Africa 2-0 in the plate semi final of the ongoing COSAFA CUP. Senior national team coach Boyo ‘Oris’ Radipotsane says the defeat should not make the team blow down as, this game results have given us a picture of what they need to do in their next fixture against South Africa.

The boys gave a good account but the results aren’t good. We need to score and this is a problem we must address quickly. We will go back and regroup we need to end this dominance South Africa has on us, we will see them on the 22 June 2017 in Francistown for a CHAN fixture.

Under-17 arrive in Mauritius

The National Under-17 women’s team arrived in Mauritius this Evening.

The team is in Mauritius for the 2019 COSAFA Under-17 tournament set to start on the 20th-28th September 2019. Botswana is in Group B along with Seychelles, Madagascar and South Africa. Botswana kick off their tournament with a fixture against Madagascar on the 21st September 2019.
