Oris Call Simisane,Thabo & Antony

Senior national team coach Oris Boyo Radipotsane has called up Simisane Mathumo ,Thabo Leinanyane and Antony Gaus to be assessed for training ahead of the COSAFA Senior Challenge.

Coach Boyo will name his final squad for the COSAFA Cup on Sunday. The boys trained with the team this morning.

Simisane expressed excitement at the chance to be in camp and play and the prospect of playing for the Zebras.

The nominees for the category of the sportswoman of the year at the 43rd Botswana National Sports Commission (BNSC) have been unveiled.

The reigning CAF Women Champions Golden Boot and Vunani Annual Botswana Women Sports Awards winner Refilwe Tholakele is up for yet another accolade, this time at The 43rd Botswana National Sports Commission (BNSC) Awards after the sports commission announced a list of nominees on Thursday.

The BNSC announced that, in addition to Tholakele, two other athletes have been nominated for the award: track and field athlete Oratile Rose Nowe and karateka Lesego Masimola

The winner will be announced on May 18,2024 at Royal Aria Convention Centre
