Football mourns the loss of Sebopi

The BFA is shocked and saddened to hear of the tragic loss of a promising and talented 27-year-old Justice Sebopi of First Division South club, Matebejane.

Sebopi is reported to have collapsed while training in his home town of Selibe-Phikwe. He was immediately rushed to a nearby Clinic where he was unfortunately certified dead by medical practitioners on duty.

Our thoughts and prayers are with the family. We will communicate funeral arrangements after discussions with the family and the club concerned. The President of the BFA Mr MacLean Letshwiti has therefore ordered a Moment of Silence at all official football matches across the country this weekend for our fallen hero and patriot.
